Our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance offers you the flexibility to cancel or modify your reservation for any reason, up to 7 days before your check-in date. This policy ensures that cancellations or changes are processed in accordance with the Refund Timetable outlined below.

This additional coverage protects you against unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including hurricanes, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight cancellations, medical emergencies, unemployment, or local closures of beaches or boardwalks. Unlike our No Questions Asked Policy, this insurance extends protection to events that occur less than 8 days before check-in, and a monetary return offering you peace of mind when the unexpected happens.

With our No Questions Asked Travel Insurance, you have the flexibility to make changes to your reservation, including adjusting travel dates. Please note that any such changes are considered a cancellation of the original reservation and are subject to the terms and conditions of the No Questions Asked Travel Insurance. Refunds will be issued as a credit based on the Refund Timetable, and any new bookings will not be covered under the original No Questions Asked Travel Insurance agreement.

No credits will be provided for cancellations made less than 8 days before your check-in date. Additionally, circumstances beyond the control of Lazy River Rentals—such as hurricanes, severe weather, tornadoes, pandemics, acts of terrorism, flight cancellations, medical emergencies, or local closures of beaches or boardwalks—are not eligible for credits under this policy.

Our No Questions Asked travel Insurance allows you to cancel or change your reservation for any reason, up to 7 days prior to your check in date. Our insurance will allow you to cancel or change our reservation, according to the Refund Timetable listed blow

Terms and Conditions:

1) Renter may cancel or change the reservation listed below for any reason.
2) Only this reservation Confirmation will be covered by the No Questions Asked Travel Insurance
3). The No Questions Asked Travel Insurance Covers only your lodging accommodations and does not cover any additional costs including but not limited to : Booking Fees, Service Taxes, Concierge Orders & Rentals, Amusement Tickets
4) Upon Cancellation, travel credit will be processed according to the Travel credit Timetable listed below.
5) The No Questions Asked Travel Insurance does not cover any cancellation that is requested within 7 days prior to check in. All sales are final. There will be NO REFUNDS or CREDIT GIVEN AND RESCHEDULING IS NOT PERMITTED FOR ANY REASON.
Examples: Hurricane, weather conditions, tornado, pandemic, act of terrorism, flight cancellation, medical or local closures of beach or boardwalk
6) Any guests who chooses to check in late or check out early for their reservation is not entitles to a refund or travel credit, as all sales are final. Guests should consider adding additional insurance for coverage of the exclusions.
7) Any change to the reservation including the lead guest, change of travel dates are considered a cancellation of the original reservation and are subject to the conditions of the No Questions Asked Travel Insurance. Any additional bookings will be considered and treated as a new reservation and will not be covered under the original No Questions Asked Travel Insurance agreement.

Exclusions and Exceptions:

Guest will receive no refund or travel credit, and rescheduling will not be permitted, in the event of the following, including but not limited to: Hurricane, weather conditions including flooding, tornado, pandemic, act of terrorism, flight cancellation, medical or local closures of beach or boardwalk.

Process:

1) To begin the cancellation process, the renter must contact Lazy River Rentals via email (LazyRiverRentals@aol.com). Requests via phone, text, Facebook Messages, Airbnb or VRBO
Message boards, will notbe accepted. The request to cancel willnot be official until tou received an email from Lazy River Rentals confirming it has been received and is being processed. If you do not hear from a Lazy River Rentals representative within 24 hours, please follow up.
2) Once the request for cancellation has been approved, Lazy River rentals will advise the travel crredit amount according to the Travel credit Timetable and the applicable travel credit will be processed within 72 hours.. A hard copy voucher will be mailed to the reserving Guest. This credit Voucher is your only proof of the travel credit and should be stored in a safe place. This voucher must be presented in order to rebook. This voucher is non transferrable and must be used within 2 years of the original check in date.
