SIT, STAY, & PLAY AT LAZY RIVER RENTALS
Lazy River Rentals is delighted to welcome furry canine companions at select locations who are 30 pounds and under. Guests bringing their dog will be charged a non-refundable fee of $25 per night, per dog for pets with advanced reservations. Please add to your reservation at least 30 days prior to arrival We hope you and your four-legged friend have a bark-tastic stay with us at our dog-friendly resort at the Jersey Shore. Should you need any recommendations on groomers, vet services, parks, or pet-friendly restaurants, our concierge has you covered!
THINGS TO NOTE DURING YOUR STAY:
- Note that area beaches and Boardwalks do not permit pets on the beach or boardwalk at any time. The only beach that will permit dogs would e Island beach State Park located at the southern furthest end of the island . Please contact the State Park for instructions and restrictions.
- Your pet may not be brought into any common areas , courtyards or pool areas where other guests will be present
- Like most shore communities, it is rare to find grass areas and pavement tends to be both comfortable and dangerous four foot friends. There are several parks located in Toms River which is about 15 minutes away over the bridge that would be perfect for walking your pet.
- During your stay, we ask that pets not sit or sleep on upholstered furniture. Pet hair is difficult to remove and contained allergens that can cause a reaction in future guests. We require that all upholstered furniture be covered during your stay. A cover package is available at o ur Offices for $ 15.00 that will cover all living room furniture.
- If your furry friend likes to talk and bark, we encourage you not to bring your pet as it will cause disruption and complaints from other guests.
- Any unregistered pets would be subject to an additional $ 300.00 pet disinfection fee and pets over 30 lbs, will be required leave the premises as pets over this limit is strictly restricted by are underlying insurance.
- Certain pet breeds may be restricted at any weight class so please confirm approval at time of reservation. No cats ,birds or other pets permitted.
- Guest will remain liable for any damages, pet hair removal, additional cleaning or for any actions taking by your pet during your stay that could affect other guests.
- Guests with pets will have to place a $ 200.00 credit card hold as a damage protection security deposit.
