This spacious Lazy River 4 BR CRUZ BAY HOME has an open floor plan with two floors, an all season Sun Porch, a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room, second floor living room, balcony & kitchenette. Sleeps up to 9-10 guests. This spacious Suite has a courtyard with BBQ, Outdoor Shower, fire pit, and sun deck with outdoor tables and loungers. All Lazy River Guests have access to Two In ground Pools at our Swim Club a few blocks away and three courtyards.

*Lazy River Pool: On Site Pool is shared with our other rental properties. Pool area is open to all guests at all time and in pool use is used exclusively by families on a first come, first serve basis.
