CLEANED AND SAFETY PROCEDURES:  Our properties are professionally cleaned and are re-sanitized and re-disinfected within two hours of our Guests arrival. For your safety, We offer no person to person check in or check out procedures, contactless deliveries and immediate telephone customer service access.

Our spacious 1 Br Beach Suites.  Has two on site pools for use by all guests.    Located  just 3 short blocks to Beach and to the Seaside Heights Boardwalk & Water Park!  This spacious  Lazy River 1 BR Suite has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room , a sleeps up to 4 guests.  This first floor spacious Suite has a courtyard with BBQ, Outdoor Shower and sun deck with outdoor tables and loungers. Three courtyards with lounging chairs, ping pong and other fun activities.

Lazy River Rentals now offers free access to Optimum cable services in all living rooms. Bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions that have access only to streaming services where you can utilize your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV or other available streaming apps. Our smart TVs have access to free Samsung TV Plus that has a full list of over 100 channels and growing in news, entertainment, movies and more.

This location has a nearby Office that can assist our guests 7 days a week with 24 hour Management Access.  We limit our occupancy in July & August to WEEKLY FAMILY rentals  offering a fun environment for families and their kids.   Each  year in May & June we open our facilities to local youth groups and high schools for the young adults to visit the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk and Water ParkThis Award Winning Lazy River properties are  located just minutes away from the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk, Water Park Ocean and Bay Beaches.
