Lazy River Rentals offers short term rentals between Sept – April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts
or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide copy of employment contract
or verification of home ownership. Local zoning precludes rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

This spacious Lazy River 2 BR First Floor Suite has an open floor plan a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room, Sleeps up to 6 guests. Spacious Suite has a courtyard with BBQ, Outdoor Shower, and sun deck with outdoor tables and loungers.Lazy River Rentals offers short term rentals between Sept – April only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs.

* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership
* Parking limited to one car for 2 BR and 2 cars for 3 BR 7 up. Parking is either off street or by use of free meter parking tag
