Lazy River Rentals offers short term rentals between Sept – April
only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts
or home improvements repairs. Guests must provide copy of employment contract
or verification of home ownership. Local zoning precludes rentals for temporary change of residency using home as a primary residence.

Please note that Lazy River rentals rents only to families from June 15 to September 15.Local zoning prohibits groups and young adult rentals during this time frame.

This spacious Lazy River 3 BR Private Cottage with 1000 Ft Roof Deck has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, living room, a sleeps up to 6-8 guests. Lazy River Rentals offers short term rentals between Sept – April only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements repairs.

* Linens and Towels are not included in Beach Rentals available from third party Concierge Service.
*Young Adult and group rentals available only May 1 – June 15. We rent only to families during all other time periods.
* One pet under 30 lbs permitted with $ 150 Pet Disinfection Fee
* Off season short term rentals limited to Guests with temporary employment contracts or for home improvements and can show proof of ownership
* Parking limited to one car for 2 BR and 2 cars for 3 BR 7 up. Parking is either off street or by use of free meter parking tag
* *Furniture and Paint Color is based on prior year. Suites are often upgraded with new furniture and designed with new paint colors to enhance our Guests experience.
