CLEANED AND SAFETY PROCEDURES:  Our properties are professionally cleaned and are re-sanitized and re-disinfected within two hours of our Guests arrival . For your safety, We offer no person to person check in or check out procedures, contactless deliveries and immediate telephone customer service access.

This property is located just 3 short blocks to Beach and to the Seaside Heights Boardwalk & Water Park! This spacious Lazy River property has 4 Bedrooms with every bedroom having its own private bath! This home has an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, granite counters and a spacious living room. This property sleeps up to 10 guests. This home has a shared courtyard with in ground pool, foos ball, fireplace,  BBQ, Outdoor Shower and sun deck with outdoor tables and loungers. Pool is shared with two other Lazy River owned cottages on site.

Lazy River Rentals now offers free access to Optimum cable services in all living rooms. Bedrooms are equipped with smart televisions that have access only to streaming services where you can utilize your Netflix, Hulu, YouTube TV or other available streaming apps. Our smart TVs have access to free Samsung TV Plus that has a full list of over 100 channels and growing in news, entertainment, movies and more.

Lazy River Rentals offers a quiet, family environment for our Guests during the main Summer Months. No young adults or groups permitted in July & August.

Young Adult Rentals: a limited number of supervised young adult rentals are available for 2, 3 & 4 night packages in May & June only. Please inquire as to the exact dates and number of guests for rates and availability.

On Site Pool: On Site Pool is shared with two other homes. Pool area is open to all guests at all time and in pool use is used exclusively by families on a first come, first serve basis.
